Job Overview:

We seek a skilled and experienced Investor Relations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring positive relationships between our company and our investors.

He/she will assist in communicating the company's financial performance, strategy, and critical developments to the investment community.

Responsibilities:

Communication:

- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including analysts, institutional investors, individual shareholders, and bankers.

- Draft and edit press releases, financial reports, and other communications for the investment community.

Financial Reporting:

- Coordinate preparing and distributing financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant financial information.

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial messaging.

Investor Meetings and Conferences:

- Organize and participate in investor meetings and conferences.

- Prepare presentation materials for conferences and meetings, ensuring alignment with

corporate messaging.

Market Analysis:

- Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Provide senior management with insights into market perceptions and sentiments.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to investor communications.

- Assist in preparing regulatory filings, such as annual reports and proxy statements.

Shareholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for engaging with current and potential shareholders.

- Develop and execute shareholder outreach programs to enhance shareholder value.

Qualifications:

- MBA CFA designation is a plus.

- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.

- Experience in managing post IPO journey.

- Strong understanding of financial markets and reporting requirements.

- More than 5 yrs of experience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial analysts.
