Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives across our smart workplace ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization building scalable tech solutions that enhance enterprise client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize workspace operations.
- Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives.
2. Product Development & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery to PRD to development to launch to iteration).
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales & Enterprise teams to understand client needs.
- Work with Operations to improve internal workflow systems.
- Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and GTM strategy.
4. Customer & Data Focus:
- Conduct user research, client interviews, and feedback analysis.
- Define KPIs and success metrics.
- Use data analytics tools to drive product decisions and optimizations.
5. Innovation & Technology Enablement:
- Drive adoption of smart workplace technologies (IoT, automation, enterprise dashboards).
- Improve tenant apps, booking systems, visitor management, billing systems, and analytics platforms.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 8 - 12 years of product management experience in SaaS / B2B tech / enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in PropTech / Workspace / Enterprise SaaS.
- Exposure to IoT-based systems or operational automation platforms.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL.
