• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager - Sales to join our team in Delhi, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering value to clients and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Monitor and track sales performance using CRM and reporting tools

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activities

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management

• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Delhi, OH

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
