Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in Marthandam, Kanyakumari district. The selected candidate will manage and build strong relationships with customers, identify their financial needs, offer tailored loan products, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Responsibilities include generating leads, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure approval and disbursement of loans in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Experience in financial services, sales, or customer management
• Understanding of home finance products such as loans for purchase, construction, renovation, and commercial property
• Ability to assess customer needs, provide solutions, and meet sales and service targets
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• A customer-centric approach with problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Fluency in relevant local languages is an advantage
• Graduate degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred
