Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. The role involves leading the wealth management strategy, developing investment solutions tailored to client objectives, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive financial plans. Core responsibilities include managing client portfolios, driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The Senior Vice President will also oversee compliance, help build long-term client relationships, and ensure operational excellence within the wealth management division.

We are hiring for a SVP/Associate Director–Wealth and a team of Wealth Managers (RMs). Were looking for a dynamic Wealth Management Sales Leader who can come onboard with a strong, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Preferred Background: Broking, Wealth Mgmt, AMC, Wealth Banking.
• Proven expertise in Wealth Management Services and Financial Planning
• In-depth knowledge of Investments, Investment Management, and Finance
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to develop customized financial strategies
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Leadership and team management experience in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and adherence to compliance requirements
• Masters or professional degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CFP qualifications are a plus)
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios.
