Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Define and own the overall product vision and long-term roadmap for the App.
- Deeply understand and evolve all product components:
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Decide what to build, what not to build, and when - avoiding feature sprawl.
- Ensure product decisions align with positioning: "Entertainment that lives with you."
- Product Design, UX & Functionality Understanding
Possess strong working knowledge of:
- UX principles
- Information architecture
- User journeys and behavioural design
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure:
- The product is intuitive, simple, and habit-forming
- Audio-first and hyperlocal experiences are respected
- Own the end-to-end user experience, from first install to long-term retention.
- Continuously improve product flows based on user feedback, usage data and drop-offs and friction points
- Work closely with Tech Lead and platform partners
- Own feature feasibility discussions, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure smooth integration of AI voice tools, AI video pipelines, Analytics, attribution, and tracking tools
Growth Strategy & Platform Scaling:
- Own the growth strategy across the full funnel:
- Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Monetisation
- Define and track core growth metrics:
- DAUs / MAUs
- Retention
- Time spent / minutes consumed
- CPI, CAC, LTV
- Work closely with Paid Marketing, SEO, and Creative teams to scale acquisition efficiently
- Analytics, Insights & Decision Making
- Establish a data-driven culture across product and growth.
Define dashboards and weekly review mechanisms covering:
- Product usage

- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Act as the single point of coordination between Content, Tech, Design, Growth / Marketing.
- Drive clarity on priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
Ideal Profile:
- 10-15+ years of experience in Product, Growth, or Digital Platforms
- Strong exposure to consumer tech, media, OTT, audio/video, or content platforms
Hands-on understanding of:
- Product management frameworks
- UX and user behaviour
- Technology platforms
- Performance marketing & analytics
- Proven experience scaling platforms with meaningful DAUs/MAUs
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
