Role: Network Engineer - OT Systems

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months + possible extensions

Start date: 1st/2nd week of August

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Network Segmentation Engineer to design, implement, and support secure OT (Operational Technology) network segmentation across manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing OT network architecture and security.
• Design and implement OT network segmentation using VLANs.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Create, review, and maintain firewall rules and policies.
• Secure integration between OT, IT, and MES systems.
• Support manufacturing sites with network security changes.
• Assist with cybersecurity incident response and recovery.
• Implement defense-in-depth security controls.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of IT/OT Network Security or OT Cybersecurity experience
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Operational Technology (OT) experience
• Network Segmentation
• VLAN configuration and management
• Firewall policy/rule management
• Manufacturing / Industrial / ICS environment
• OT-IT integration (MES preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
