Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to lead R&D efforts in leveraging LLMs for transformative business applications. This is a 10-month remote contract role requiring 48 years of experience in machine learning.

Requirements

58 years of experience in machine learning and software development.

Expertise in Python and software architecture patterns.

Experience with LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

Proven track record of delivering production-grade software.

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset for experimentation and validation.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for AI innovation.

Strong coding discipline (clean, testable, maintainable code).

Nice to Have:

Experience with RAG solutions, vector databases, or GraphRAG.

Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, and self-hosting.

Knowledge of LLM-related security issues like prompt injection and data poisoning.

Active GitHub contributions (please include links).

Responsibilities

Conduct R&D to incorporate LLMs into company operations.

Prototype, architect, and implement LLM-based solutions from concept to production.

Experiment with the latest AI tools and technologies.

Collaborate with top engineers and researchers to address complex challenges.

Stay updated with developments in AI/ML, especially LLMs.

Job Details

Location: Fully Remote

Contract: 10 months

Final interview with team leads and project stakeholders.
