Job Description
The ideal candidate must be from Bangalore location and will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and suggest the property. You will then drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
Responsibilities
Responsible to drive the sales through Channel Partners
Understanding customer requirement and get the closure
Responsible to bring in the site visit to all the Sobha projects through cold calling.
Responsible to maintain the client relationship and the channel partner connection.
Having an active Channel partner connection is an added advantage.
Qualifications
1. Must have completed the graduation.
2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience into Residential property sale
3. Self-motivated with positive attitude
4. Strong communication skills
5. Must have the knowledge about the Bangalore Real-estate market.
