WORK EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking responsibilities of structural and finishing work in residential buildings

Ensure Quality of work, Material control and Time Management.

Bill Preparation of subcontract bill every fortnight and updating in ERP.

Day-To-Day Management of the site including Supervisor and Monitoring the labour force and work of any sub-contractor.

Responsible for monthly daily reports.

Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.

Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.

Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

Required Candidate profile :

BE Civil with minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in constructing high rise buildings in reputed civil contracting companies with good technical skills.
