Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will assist in the evaluation and execution of private equity investments in the Indian healthcare sector.
What you will do: This will involve extensive financial analysis, market research and due diligence.
Key responsibility:
- Conducting financial due diligence on potential healthcare investments
- Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committee review
- Assisting in deal execution, including negotiation and closing
- Monitoring portfolio company performance
- Performing industry and competitive analysis
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Understanding of the Indian healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills
