• Social Media Management: Help schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Meta and Social Pilot).
• Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers on social platforms in a timely manner. Take organic measures to keep the audience engaged with us.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) and provide weekly performance reports.
