Job Description
- Perform testing of business applications and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with the business community.
- Manage user administration for ERP LN, SAP B1, Expense Claim software, and other IT-supported business applications.
- Handle technical data uploads, such as items and price lists, in ERP or other applications, following established processes or addressing ad-hoc needs.
- Generate and provide reports from various data sources including ERPs, data warehouses, and internal consumption applications to management.
- Maintain and develop application documentation, including current state (AS IS) and future state (TO BE) based on business processes.
- Create and maintain BP scenario test cases and document results.
- Monitor, triage, and report on the ISILOG Queue for effective issue management.
- Administer user creation and deletion processes.
- Perform routine system maintenance activities to ensure smooth application operations.
