About the Role :
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the deployment and adoption of cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients, internal product teams, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations, optimize business processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with product and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and actionable product requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and development teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
2. Product Deployment & Implementation :
- Support deployment and implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions across multiple client environments.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand implementation requirements, operational workflows, and configuration needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to streamline deployment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in solution configuration, testing, validation, and rollout activities.
3. Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement :
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend automation, digitization, and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Product Adoption & Growth :
- Monitor product adoption metrics, user engagement, and implementation success indicators.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, support issues, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Support product roadmap decisions through data-driven insights and business analysis.
5. Documentation & Governance :
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation including :
1. BRDs
2. FRDs
3. SOPs
4. Process flows
5. User manuals
6. Training materials
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and documentation standards.
- Support knowledge transfer and user training sessions.
6. Stakeholder & Project Coordination :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Customer Success, and Business stakeholders.
- Support project planning activities including scope definition, milestone tracking, risk identification, and dependency management.
- Assist in release planning, UAT coordination, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
What Were Looking For :
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, SaaS Implementation, Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS business models, enterprise workflows, and deployment challenges.
- Experience creating business and functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
