Responsibilities& Duties

- Work with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and resolve project challenges.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Adhere to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and provide project updates as needed.
- Foster team collaboration and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- A bachelors degree in computer science, Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Redmine, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in project management and resource management for optimal team performance.
- Strong client communication skills for effective project updates and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration within project workflows.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools to monitor project performance.
