Job Description
- We are seeking a SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, serving our client in the Pharma Industry. As a SAP Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility will be handling incidents raised by our users pertaining to SAP modules such as PM, QM, and MM.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP PM, particularly in the calibration process, and be well-versed in SAP MM. Your experience should cover incident management, issue investigation, and root cause analysis to effectively address the challenges encountered.
Familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous as we utilize this platform for incident and issue management. Knowledge of TIMS as our test system and HPQC for documentation purposes will also be beneficial for the role.
Apart from technical expertise, effective communication with end users is essential. Your ability to engage with users, understand their needs, and provide timely solutions is crucial for ensuring a positive support experience.
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PM for this role. The ideal candidate should be open to occasional onsite work at GBS alongside other team members.
