ServiceNow IRM Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and maintaining various modules of ServiceNow IRM, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules such as Security Incident Response, Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI pages, business rules, client scripts, and notifications to meet business needs.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications to extend its functionality and improve operational efficiency.

Perform system upgrades and updates, ensuring that all functionalities are preserved and enhanced.

Ensure the quality of code through proper testing and debugging.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow IRM applications.

Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on IRM modules (Security Incident, Risk, Policy, Audit Management).

Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflows.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules such as Security Incident Response, Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) and REST/SOAP integrations.

Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB is a plus.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Ability to write complex queries in ServiceNows database.

Experience with ServiceNow Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework.

Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

ServiceNow IRM certification or experience in related modules.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Familiarity with ITIL Framework and best practices.
