Softomatic - Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant - EPC Domain

Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant (EPC Domain Preferred):
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Finance projects with exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle Fusion Finance solutions and support onsite project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses.

- Analyze EPC business processes such as project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, CRPs, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user training materials, and business process documentation.
- Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliation, audit compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
- Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interact directly with client stakeholders and business users to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Must have academic qualifications like BE/MBA / CA Internal /Final.
- Good to have Oracle Certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role.
