Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Customer Guidance and Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting products by providing detailed information on features, benefits, and specifications. You will be required to present, promote, and sell products or services to fulfill customer needs and achieve sales targets. Conducting sales calls, often outbound, to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat business will also be a key aspect of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, current promotions, policies, and security practices.
- Provide light technical support and assist in resolving issues related to existing orders.
- Offer samples or demonstrations for products, particularly in the area of health supplements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and stay informed about emerging industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in customer guidance, sales, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp product details and convey them effectively to customers.
- Proactive approach in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus.
