Our client is an established organization from the UAE working in the healthcare sector. To enhance the health of the local population, we are embarking on a digital health transformation journey to enhance healthcare services and electronic offerings.

The initiative aims to implement AI use cases that improve health, ensure compliance with local regulations, optimize healthcare services quality and cost-efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes through automation and personalized treatment plans.

This partnership offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare services in Abu Dhabi, ensuring excellence and innovation in patient care.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the office at least three times per week.

IF YOU ARE

A Project Manager with 6+ years of experience managing Data and/or AI projects, preferably in healthcare

Proven in end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products with measurable outcomes

Experienced in working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security/Compliance, Operations)

Confident using Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tools (e.g., Azure Boards)

Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements, use cases, success metrics, and acceptance criteria

Knowledgeable about healthcare systems, healthcare data, and AI/ML delivery fundamentals

Focused on quality, predictability, and continuous improvement, with a proactive problem-solving mindset

An advanced English speaker, well-versed in the language for business-related needs

Familiar with healthcare data standards and data privacy regulations (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Lead the end-to-end delivery of healthcare data and AI products aligned to business goals and timelines

Drive discovery and alignment with stakeholders: define use cases, requirements, success metrics, and delivery approach

Build and manage project plans, milestones, delivery cadence, and transparent communication across teams

Own delivery execution: manage tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality release

Identify and mitigate risks early, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure consistent progress

Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance and data privacy standards, including required documentation and approvals

Enable effective collaboration across teams and vendors, facilitating key ceremonies and decision-making forums as needed

Track delivery performance and outcomes using metrics, dashboards, and regular reporting
