The role

• Create and post journal entries (such as provisions & accruals) related to monthly closing of books of accounts including payroll accounting.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolving differences
• Prepare monthy, quarterly & yearly management report schedules
• Prepare & maintain fixed assets register & prepaid amoritsation schedule and other balance-sheet & profit/loss statement schedules.
• 
  Handling implimentation of IFRS such as IFRS 16 and their accounting aspects. Preparation & posting of journal entries related to such IFRS compliance.
• Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial records, documents and systems to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established IFRS accounting standards, procedures and internal controls
• Ensuring that the books are adhering to the group accounting guidelines & policies.
• Finalisation of financial statements and notes to accounts as per IFRS.
• Monthly Management reportings & variance analysis.
  

What We Need To See From You

• Coordination and finance support in preparation of accruals for SWO customer. Compilation of data and review with teams & customer and timely submission.

• Coordination and finance support in preparation of forecast for the remaining financial period based on information and data. Review of forecast and uploading updates on SharePoint and meeting deadlines.
• Coordination and finance support in preparation of Annual Budget. Review of budget with business owner and finalisation. Uploading of budget on SharePoint and ensuring deadlines are adhered.
• Chartered Accountant with 1-2 Years experience.
• Sound Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Office & Database.
• Pro-active and deft in handling accounting queries.
• Good written and verbal Communication skills.
