Requirements

Your Day-to-Day

• Hunt for cool tech talent (think developers, engineers, etc.) on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Help screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Talk to candidates and figure out if theyre a good fit.
• Keep things organized: tracking candidates, updating spreadsheets, managing interview calendars.
• Support other HR stuff when needed (we wear many hats!).

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of recruitment and an interest in tech roles
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and job portals
• A self-starter whos always ready to learn and collaborate
