Description:

It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on Canada based IT positions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-10 years of experience with Canada IT Recruitment.
• Manage & fulfil end to end Canada based IT requirements for Full-time and contract hiring.
• Experience in Bulk-hiring in the Canada market.
• Extensive experience in sourcing using Job Portals and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)

• Extremely good at stakeholder management.
• Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
• Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
• Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
• Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
• Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
• Experience in building good pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translate these referrals into hiring numbers.
• Experience working with ATS.
• Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with any of the job boards Dice/Monster/Indeed and any ATS.
• Knowledgeable about T4/Work Permit/PR Canada
• Experience with Bilingual (French/English) candidate sourcing will be a huge plus.
