We are looking for a dynamic US Onboarding and Payroll HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the entire onboarding and payroll cycle and work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with VMS to streamline hiring and payroll operations.

• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to onboarding and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in onboarding and payroll, preferably in a US-based company.
• Familiarity with VMS and payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
