About the Team
Working as part of the finance team in our India operation, working closely with the global team to deliver an outstanding finance service.
About the Position
This position supports the Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations of the India Finance function and the incumbent Finance Executive will report to him.
Role and Responsibilities
Experience in Financial / Data Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Receivables/ Payables.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Prepare balance sheets.
Process invoices.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Update internal systems with financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements & Participate in financial audits.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Assist with budget preparation & review and implement financial policies.
Recording of transaction in the nature of purchase, expenses, TDS and GST.
Prepare and file GST returns.
Receive, handle, and resolve queries from the team, related to invoicing and payments.
Support to team requirement in term of routine MIS and other work as delegated.
Preparation of Financial MIS.
Periodic Reconciliation of Inter Co accounts, Banks accounts, Vendor accounts.
Preparation of details schedule for expense, Consumptions & accruals.
Review of Inventory balances.
Expertise in devising and implementing budgets/ business plans to achieve financial control & profit maximization
Maintain employee timesheet (OpenAir) and leave control system.

Maintaining General accounting and purchase ledger tasks.
About You
Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree B.Com/ M.Com / MBA (Finance) (in accounting, local taxation discipline) is preferred. 5+ years of accounting / Finance department worked in small/medium sized organization. Three plus years of demonstrated experience in accounting, local taxation, and financial analysis. Excellent eye for detail and flare for numbers & keeping abreast of latest changes in accounting laws. Diligent knowledge on accounting principles and regulations. Good knowledge of Tally & MS Office is essential. Knowledge of GST returns filing & Refunds claims desirable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good hands on Accounting , Report preparation and MIS. Internal Interaction - Front office , Operation/Corporate team, and management team ,if required. External Interaction - Auditors (Internal / external) or any third-party support, Vendors & Customers. Must have knowledge of MS excel & Tally ERP. In-depth knowledge of accounting procedures & ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good analytical, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. Familiar with advanced MS office tools skills (Excel skills, ability to work on Vlookup and pivot tables). Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
