- Key Responsibilities
- ● Write compelling copy across WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.
- ● Create high-converting copy and scripts for Meta & YouTube ads, landing pages and other digital acquisition campaigns.
- ● Develop lifecycle communication across onboarding, lead nurturing, referral and reactivation journeys.
- ● Write ad headlines, primary text, video scripts and landing page copy that improve campaign performance.
- ● Collaborate with marketing teams to translate customer insights into effective messaging for different audience segments.
- ● Continuously optimise copy through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- ● Ensure all communication is clear, concise, on-brand and aligned with UX and compliance requirements.
- ● Maintain and evolve SolarSquares tone of voice across digital channels.
- Requirements
- ● 2–5 years of copywriting experience in CRM, performance marketing or digital marketing.
- ● Strong portfolio demonstrating both lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
- ● Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and Hindi.
- ● Experience writing for WhatsApp, Meta ads, YouTube and other digital channels.
- ● Understanding of customer journeys, consumer psychology and direct-response copywriting.
- ● Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and CPL.
- ● Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
