Job Description
We are looking for a B2B SaaS SEO / AIO / AEO Specialist with 23 years of hands-on experience to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-powered platforms. This role focuses on traditional SEO, backlink creation, and optimization for AI search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google Gemini.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for B2B SaaS websites
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks via outreach, guest posting, and digital PR
- Optimize content for AI platforms & answer engines:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- Implement AEO strategies for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search
- Apply AIO best practices to improve brand visibility in AI-generated responses
- Perform keyword research, intent mapping, and competitor analysis for SaaS audiences
- Collaborate with content and product teams to create SEO-optimized, AI-friendly content
- Improve site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Monitor algorithm updates and evolving AI search trends
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO & AI visibility reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Strong expertise in backlink building and outreach
- Proven knowledge of AIO (AI Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Hands-on experience optimizing for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini
- Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and entity-based SEO
- Experience with B2B SaaS keyword strategies and long-sales-cycle content
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working from office
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS / Enterprise / B2B marketing
- Knowledge of programmatic SEO and topical authority building
- Familiarity with AI content workflows and prompt optimization
- Basic CRO and UX understanding
