Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' equipment.
What you will do: Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibility:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field service or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
