Field Service Technician

What role you will play in team: Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' equipment.

What you will do: Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibility:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field service or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
