Role & responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, and strategic matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Handle labor law and industrial dispute matters related to factory operations.
- Ensure timely regulatory filings and maintain statutory compliance.
- Oversee risk management initiatives and provide mitigation strategies.
- Support corporate governance and board-related legal activities.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
- Lead internal investigations and provide legal support in disciplinary matters.

- Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- 10 to 16 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial, labor, contract, and environmental laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently and effectively.
