We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Senior Research Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. If youre passionate about translatingresearch ideas into production-oriented prototypes and have a good publication record in top-tier conferences, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify emerging research trends, critically evaluate academic papers, and translate theoretical ideas into functional algorithms.
• Rapidly build working prototypes and demos, iterating on promising approaches to scale them into robust PoCs.
• A major part of the work involves tackling complex challenges in recommendation systems, personalization, causal inference, and counterfactual user engagement modeling.
• Run rigorous experiments across large datasets, evaluate model performance statistically, and collaborate closely with cross-functional research and engineering teams to shepherd ideas through the entire pipeline: concept, algorithm, prototype, and PoC.

Education:

Ph.D. or a Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience:

Must-Have:

• 2-6 years of professional experience in a machine learning-related role.
• Practical, hands on development experience with LLMs, generative AI, and recommendation engines, along with the ability to independently parse and implement research papers.
• Excellent Proficiency in Python programming and modern ML frameworks.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and frameworks.
• A publication track record with accepted papers at top-tier A*/A venues (such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, ACL, or EMNLP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
