Job Description
- Monitor and control site operations effectively.
- Ensure all employees reach respective sites on time.
- Ensure minimal absenteeism.
- Instruct and manage SC and motivate them to perform effectively and efficiently.
- Follow up with Client representatives and PC for timely receipt & approval of Time Sheets,
- certification of Invoices and release of payments.
- Maintain cordial relations with Client representatives.
- Perform regular daily visits to different sites to do spot checks.
- Maintain up to date data on all aspects of site operations and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports to OM.
- Interact closely with Client, providing them with correct information on mobilisation / demobilisation, Time Sheet certifications.
- Follow up with the Client with respect to certification & approval of invoices as well as for the release of payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure mobilisation / demobilisation / transfer information is communicated to MPC, CB, TC,PC effectively.
- Monitor and track movement of manpower overall.
- Ensure mobilization / demobilization is done smoothly, effectively and efficiently in close coordination with Client and other internal stakeholder teams.
- Custodian of worker documentation pertaining to site passes etc.
- Prepare and consolidate data on each resource category-wise and Client-wise.
- Coordinate with Site Operations Teams for mobilization / demobilization of resources.
