Technical Program Manager

Job Location: Bangalore (with PAN India travel requirements).
Mandatory Skills: Tamil speaking.
Training: Initially for 2 - 3 weeks the training will be in Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical integration and transformation projects for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
- Understand customer use cases to design solutions leveraging product suite.
- Provide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Serve as the go-to product specialist.
- Provide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.
- Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployments.
- Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.

Ideal Profile:
- Have 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations.
- Have a proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains.
- Are hands-on with Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.
- Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles.
- Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address unique customer challenges.
- Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering value.
- Are adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Have strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork and achieve project goals.
