US Accountant Manager

• Industry Experience: Must have worked with US CPA clients and be familiar with their specific financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with clients and manage relationships effectively.
• End-to-End Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of all aspects of the accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial reporting.
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  
  In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and other accounting standards as they apply to US-listed companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting processes for US-based listed clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships, providing high-quality advisory and consulting services to senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Drive process improvements in accounting practices, leveraging technology and automation tools.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for US clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes using QuickBook Software
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial strategies and improvements to clients.
