Job Description
- You are a skilled and dedicated Field Technician with 1 to 2 years of experience in the telecom/security industry. Your role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining telecom and security systems, specifically focusing on Panasonic and Matrix systems such as CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, EPABX, and fire alarm systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing field installation, servicing, and maintenance of various systems
- Working with Panasonic and Matrix equipment and software
- Conducting site inspections, troubleshooting technical issues on-site
- Coordinating with service teams, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory
- Providing on-site client support and ensuring system performance
- Following safety standards and client-specific protocols
Your qualifications should include SSC (10th Pass) and above, along with technical skills in installation and maintenance of Panasonic & Matrix systems, knowledge of wiring, system configuration, and networking basics. Additionally, you should possess strong troubleshooting abilities on-site and basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel). Soft skills required for this role include good communication, customer-handling skills, ability to work independently, travel to multiple locations, and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred candidate profile includes field experience in telecom or security systems, knowledge of structured cabling and system layouts, being physically fit, and willing to work on-field. This is a full-time, permanent position located at the Head Office in Andheri with visits to client sites in Mumbai.,
