Crm Executive ( Freshers)

Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound connected calls from clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions as required.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client, lead, and project details.
• Support the sales and design teams by coordinating meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and sharing client updates.
• Assist in lead handling and follow-up to convert inbound inquiries into potential clients.
• Collect client feedback during inbound interactions and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare
  
  basic reports on inbound calls, leads, conversions, and overall client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination (freshers are welcome).
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
