Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction

  Handle inbound customer calls for queries, complaints, product information, or support.

  Make outbound calls for sales, collections, surveys, or follow-ups, as per the process requirements.

  Greet customers professionally and establish a positive rapport.

  
  
• 
  

  Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

  
  

2. Problem Resolution

• 
  

  Identify and diagnose customer issues efficiently.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide step-by-step guidance or troubleshooting support.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Escalate unresolved queries to higher authorities or specialized departments.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure timely resolution of complaints within service level agreements (SLAs).

  
  

3. Process Adherence

• 
  

  Follow the scripts, call flow, and company policies while interacting with customers.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation of customer interactions.

  
  
• 
  

  Adhere to quality standards and compliance guidelines (especially in regulated industries).

  
  

4. Sales and Upselling (if applicable)

• 
  

  Promote and sell products or services during customer calls.

  
  
• 
  

  Upsell or cross-sell additional features or upgrades.

  
  
• 
  

  Achieve sales targets as defined by the management.

  
  

5. Documentation and Reporting

  Record details of calls, customer requests, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM system.

  Generate and share daily/weekly reports on call metrics, resolution rates, and customer feedback.
