Job Description

Immediate Opening – BPO Voice Process!
Job Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests.



  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and policies.



  • Address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.



  • Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) wherever possible to enhance customer satisfaction.




2. Problem Solving & Query Resolution

  • Understand the customer’s problem clearly and provide effective solutions.



  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.



  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.



  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.




3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Record details of customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.



  • Update customer profiles with relevant data and case histories.



  • Maintain proper logs of complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.



  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the team leader.




4. Process Adherence & Quality Compliance

  • Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).



  • Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.



  • Maintain confidentiality while handling customer and company information.



  • Participate in audits and feedback sessions to improve service delivery.




5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments

  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with the management team.



  • Participate actively in training sessions and upskilling programs.



  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
