US Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

1. Voice-Based Customer Communication:

  Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls from US-based customers.

  Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.

  Respond professionally to inquiries related to products, services, or technical issues.

  Maintain a friendly, calm, and empathetic tone even in challenging conversations.

  
  

2. Issue Resolution and Escalation:

• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or service-related concerns effectively.

  
  
• 
  

  Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or support teams as per defined protocols.

  
  
• 
  

  Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction where required.

  
  

3. Sales and Lead Generation (for outbound/sales processes):

• 
  

  Explain product features and benefits to potential US customers.

  
  
• 
  

  Persuasively pitch services or offers to convert leads into customers.

  
  
• 
  

  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales and conversion targets.

  
  

4. CRM and Reporting:

• 
  

  Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions into CRM systems.

  
  
• 
  

  Update status of leads, follow-ups, and customer tickets regularly.

  
  
• 
  

  Prepare daily call logs and performance summaries as required by the process manager.

  
  

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and legal regulations (such as DNC lists, data privacy, etc.).

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain high levels of call quality in line with quality assurance benchmarks.
