We are hiring for an Assurance Manager to join the Audit & Assurance team at one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.
About the Role:

This role focuses on managing end-to-end audit and assurance engagements for Financial Services clients including Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Hedge Funds, Broker Dealers, and Funds of Funds.
You will be responsible for leading audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, handling client communication, and managing teams across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple audit and assurance engagements.
- Lead audit planning and execution activities.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and reporting requirements.
- Handle client communication and stakeholder management.
- Perform risk assessment and engagement management.
- Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- CA qualification mandatory.
- 5+ years of Audit & Assurance experience.
- Experience working with Financial Services clients including Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Hedge Funds, Broker Dealers, and Funds of Funds.
- Strong exposure to Statutory Audit and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Prior team management / supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
