- Role Overview
- We are looking for a result-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to guide learners, understand their career goals, and drive enrollments through consultative selling.
- Key Responsibilities
- -Counsel students & convert leads into enrollments
- -Handle 50–70 daily student interactions (calls & follow-ups)
- -Manage lead pipeline & re-engage inactive prospects
- -Maintain CRM accuracy & track conversions
- -Achieve sales targets & improve conversion rates
- KPIs & Success Metrics
- -Conversion rate & revenue generation
- -Call productivity & follow-up completion
- -CRM accuracy & lead engagement quality
- Who Can Apply
- -1-3 years in Academic Counselling / B2C Sales / Inside Sales
- -Strong English & Hindi communication
- -Excellent persuasion & objection-handling skills
- -Experience in EdTech or professional courses preferred
