Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, Lucknow ,Etawah, Jhansi responsible for driving sales growth across Spekctrums financial and lifestyle products. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with individual and business clients. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and monitor performance targets, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for outreach and revenue generation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and product teams, ensuring excellent customer experience, conducting regular reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales management skills, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals across B2C segments.
• Experience in financial services sales (insurance, loans, investments, payments, or wealth management) is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data, understand market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust.
• Proven capability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM software, and standard office applications to manage pipelines and reporting.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive business practices.
