Location: Vijayawada / Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
We are looking for a Video Support Executive to deliver a great customer experience by installing and servicing SMART KIT devices in tractors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fieldwork, technical troubleshooting, and direct customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service SMART KIT devices at customer locations
- Provide video-based technical support in coordination with the tech team
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
- Train customers on product features and mobile app usage
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi & Telugu
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
