Role Description
The District Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role located in the Ganjam district. In this position, you will manage and grow the network of Spice Money Adhikaris in the region, coordinate sales operations, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. You will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, onboarding and training Adhikaris, and providing support to help optimize their performance. Monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and gathering feedback to improve service delivery will also be part of your responsibilities.Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Experience in training and mentoring, with expertise in onboarding and managing a large network of partners or agents
- Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies to achieve targets

- Proficiency in relationship management and working collaboratively with diverse teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in a sales or managerial role, preferably in the Fintech or financial services sector
- Familiarity with rural markets and a strong understanding of their financial and digital landscape
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technology, including CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
