Summary of the position
The Manager/Senior Manager - Presales will provide support for sales activities and bid teams, working with the solutions architects, writing proposals, solutions overview and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery by the clients team. Should be having experience of coordinating with different Teams leaders to prepare complete proposals and tracking the inputs. Strong team player and a positive attitude with proven analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding of IT-Software products
- Mapping the software solution and complete proposal with client's requirement
- Understanding and simplifying the functional and technical requirements

- Defining, analyzing and documenting the requirements as Project Requirements Specification
- Knowledge of making business proposals and documents /RFPs/ RFIs and presentations, presales business documents
- Planning and managing new marketing initiatives
- Establishing and facilitating effective communication across the board
- Responsible for complete pre-sales process lifecycle - Number of Leads Handled, Number of Leads won/ lost
Job Requirement
- 5+ years of work experience in similar functions
- Experience in java/j2ee technologies/ AML/ banking and financial services is an advantage
- A team player with excellent communication skill
- High level of English reading, writing and comprehension
- Excellent MS office skills
- Should have good analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Familiar with developing quotes and proposals
- Should be able to work in a dynamic work environment and with cross-functional teams
- Should coordinate with the team to accomplish sales/company goals
- Conflict Management on any issues/ concerns with all the involved stakeholders
