Role Overview
The Marketing Associate – Digital Presence & Growth will be responsible for enhancing Springreens online visibility, supporting marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to overall brand awareness initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and execute marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Presence Management
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple channels.
- Monitor engagement and audience interactions.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Create social media content, graphics, captions, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing employer branding campaigns.
- Support content creation for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with lead generation and brand awareness activities.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company initiatives.
- Track social media performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and engagement trends.
- Prepare basic performance reports and recommendations.
