About The Program

The Springreen Graduate Engineering Program (SGEP) Trainee Program is designed for enthusiastic graduates and aspiring professionals who want to build practical industry experience through structured learning and real-world projects.

During the probation period, candidates will undergo intensive training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Those who successfully complete the probation period may be offered a paid trainee position based on business requirements and individual performance.

Phase 1 – Probation

• Duration: 1–3 months
