Sprouts Edu Tours works with 100+ schools and 15,000+ students every year, creating meaningful educational travel experiences across India and abroad. As we grow, were looking for someone who can help us strengthen the people who make this magic possible our tour managers, educators, trainers, mentors, and student-led programme teams.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, social, highly driven, and excited to build networks

across colleges, universities, training institutions and freelance educational communities.

You will be the heartbeat of Sprouts talent engine finding, engaging, and onboarding the right people across India to support our student travel programmes.

• Build and manage our
  
  Pan-India talent pipeline for:
• Tour Managers (freelance & full-time)
• Educators & facilitators
• Outdoor instructors
• Student programme mentors
• Contract-based volunteers
• Run end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding.
• Conduct walk-ins and campus drives across colleges.
• Reach out to universities, placement cells & student clubs for internships and partnerships.
• Draft and manage contracts, agreements, and volunteer documentation.
• Represent Sprouts Edu Tours at events, job fairs & campus activities alongside founders.
• Maintain databases, candidate records, and a structured hiring workflow.

? Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable working at a fast pace

? Strong at communication (English + Hindi; any regional languages are a plus)

? Interested in HR, recruitment, training or student engagement

? Freshers welcome passion matters more than years of experience
