Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior works (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, etc.).

  Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor material usage and ensure no wastage; verify and maintain material inventory at the site.

  
  
  
• 
  

  Conduct quality checks at every stage and ensure work is completed as per company standards.

  
  
• 
  

  Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress updates, and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

  
  
• 
  

  Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid project delays.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at the site.

  
  
• 
  

  Supervise laborers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and discipline.

  Get Hired
  Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  
  
• 
  

  Proven experience (25 years) as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
