About the Role: NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited is currently looking for a Project Finance professional for a full-time position in Mumbai (BKC), Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have experience in project finance in any of the infrastructure sector such as Roads, Renewable, Power Transmission, Ports, Airports, Warehousing, Hospitals etc.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work on financial due-diligence, credit appraisal, financial modelling, credit note wrt infrastructure /project financing
• Coordinate with clients for transaction and gather information, due diligence, negotiation on term sheets with clients.
• Working along with the respective relationship manger/ dealing officer to prepare presentation and notes for various committees for the approval of the transactions.
• Working along with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation.
• Coordinating disbursements with all teams such as Legal, Operations, Risk after the approval of transaction, follow on activities and asset monitoring through the lifecycle of the loan.

Qualification: CA or MBA (Tier I or Tier II college)

Experience: 4 years to 8 years (Associate/Associate Vice President)
