Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bilari. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead a team to achieve sales and operational targets, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include monitoring loan disbursements and collections, developing and maintaining business relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in expanding the customer base and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial management, including loan processing, disbursement, and collections

  Sound knowledge of banking, finance principles, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong sales and marketing skills to develop new business opportunities
• Ability to plan, strategize, and execute branch-related operations effectively
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Fluency in local language(s) and understanding of the regions market dynamics
• Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is preferred
• Proficiency in using business software such as MS Office
